We got our rent to own home in March moved in to find a busted window still broken that was supposed to be fixed before we moved in, its now January and it still isn’t properly fixed. Our roof was supposed to be fixed before move in, still yet to happen. Our house in the warm months is in the 90’s and in the cold months its unbearably cold. Our floors started coming up a month into living here. None of the windows lock, a few leak when it rains, back door leaks as well. Bottom of kitchen sink leaks. Toilets aren’t properly installed. We have never been a single day late on rent but got an EVICTION notice because apparently the application fee didn’t go through when we had proof it had. We absolutely cannot wait to get out of here. On top of everything else there are so many loose dogs and ppl that have their yards filled with garbage. I would not recommend this place to anyone, we have not been comfortable in this home a single day we have lived here.
There are alot of strat dogs running around which makes it hard for me to walk my dogs on a leash. Other than that, it's a quiet place with friendly neighbors.
This place is Quiet and peaceful, just an area that is worth living at, it is kinda expensive but it's worth it. It has a tennis court, swimming pools, club house, park for the kids and rv place to park your RV...
We are yet to recieve our deposit when we moved out and this was in May... to many run around but I will get in contact with the owners if I have too if I find them lol georgia is where they're located from what management told me.. sucks they want deposit and rent but yet they can't send our money asap.. go figure
Although I dont live in the community just yet, I will say the ladies I spoke with in the office were beyond helpful
Very safe, clean, and pretty. That almost seems ironic to say for a trailer park, but the owner of this place has done an excellent job in making this a good place to live. It's to bad it so far out. Yet playgrounds, pools, fishing, and feeding the ducks make it a place kids can stay busy inside the fenced community.
Just moved into the RV section. Space is limited but as long as you can handle limited amenities like buying your own electricity and internet, it also beats the competition by hundreds (plural) of dollars.
Dlynn and Glen are excellent property managers and great people.
